Can you do a video on stretches that help you get the splits safely please

This is cool, it never occurred to me to think about learning choreography from the types of learning point of view. You made me realize that in ballet I am an auditory learner, whereas with text or other theoretical knowledge I am very much a visual learner. Thank you Kirsten :)

I'd be interested in more anti-inflammatory diet tips or basics?! I struggle with pain in my big toe joint and would love more of those. Question for Q&A: Do you have experience with kinesiotaping?

Can you do a video on the common variations you mentioned? I know there are some pretty obvious ones (glissade jete, or tombe pas de bourree etc) But I think it would awesome to expand on others.

1. How is your plant based journey/transition going? 2. Pertaining to your ballet class, what are your strengths, and what areas are you working to improve in?

I have a very random question for you. Who are your favourite dancers? And if you're into Russian ballet who are your favourite Russian ballerinas? :)

I fell like I'm the WORST in picking up choreos... So annoying but I try to work on in it by standing in the very front of the barré. That way there's no other option for me than learning the steps really quickly...

Kathi Furlan I do the opposite. I like to stand at the back end so that when we do things on the right, I can follow if I need to, but try to figure things out on my own. Then when we're on the left, im in the front and I have to know it.

How long does it generally take to move through the beginning ranks for the early parts of the professional/preprofessional world? As in, moving from trainee to second company to apprentice to a paid position?

@nadiayourlocalmilf22596 жыл бұрын
Nanna Vendelbo no of course you just need to know certain skills I’ve been researching this lately and if you started pointe already you need to have pirouettes,etc. it has nothing to do with your look

Do all degages, frappes, and piques at the barre have to be at 45 degrees?
@TheConfidentDancer7 жыл бұрын
+Carmelli H No, that is not a common practice, especially if the work is fast. Several inches off the floor is all that is necessary in the opinions of most teachers/curriculums!
@carlenamoss89557 жыл бұрын
piques don't need to be at 45 degrees mostly
