Actually you have a bigger diameter hoop Ideally the larger diameter is good for beginners for waist hooping

Good start. I WOULD like to give a li'l info.. for beginners, the hoop should not be lighter, as it is tough to balance, and it should be large i.e. from ground to belly button.. otherwise, it would be hard to hoop for beginners

Here's some advice. The hoop has to be a bit heavy. Or it should be filled with a bit of water or some beads. Otherwise you won't be able to do it. I only use one from decathlon because it has some weight

What should be the size..how to choose the size...

@@afp77my hoop has a diameter of around 32-33 inches. Around that size would be suitable for beginners. I think diameter should not be less than 30.

push your waist to and fro.. waist hooping needs more practice. just keep on trying. you will get definitely 🤟

Use a hoop which is heavy or has some water inside. Don't use the ones that come in three pieces because that is too light and Is difficult to use. I got mine from Decathalon.😊😊

Actually if you want to lose weight and if you're beginner you can use bigger hoops like you used. For advance level smaller the better because bigger hoops are easier to control, you have to move and be really flexible for smaller hoops which go around the body more quickly then big hoops which take time
