Enjoyed your video. One thing I might add is that, especially in the early days, sitting down with your cat so that it can smell the air, look around, and get comfortable with the area before beginning the walk. While we're sitting there, I give her a couple treats. When she's ready to walk, she jumps down from her seat (a bench, boulder, etc.) and begins walking. One of my cats jumps on every bench we encounter and sits for a few minutes before continuing the walk.

Yes! I love this advice. I did a lot of very small and short walks with him just exiting the house and sitting on the front porch.

I would start at 8 weeks with the harness indoors (step #1). It's difficult to find a harness much smaller, and 8 weeks is when they should have already begun their vaccinations if you've been staying on top of all that. They should also have at least their first dose of flea meds before going outside. Thank you for the question!
