A house is not real estate? My 4/2 single family investment property has approx. $120K in equity and it cash flows $650 per month. I just wish I had 50 of these. But yes, my long term goal is to eventually move up to multi family. Thanks for the info Grant!

Grant - absolutely loving these videos and content. I'm from the UK and this stuff is so applicable in most western economies. I'm investing in real estate here - 10 year UK treasuries rates are 1.25% less than half what you pay in the US and debt is very cheap here for mortgages. That's why I'm buying 😄
