They are Awd, so they can apply power to all four wheels. The PTO will apply power to the back when needed unless it is in lock mode. I am sure you knew that. Besides a small lift kit if at all if I had one, one of the first things I would do would be to get brake pads with a towing compound. The other thing I would do if I were that concerned, is get slotted rotors, not drilled as they can clog with mud, but slotted. The slots will help to clear water as the brakes do what they do. The brakes are doing the traction work, so that's why I would get those pads. Just my opinion. That Santa Cruz does look good with that lift kit! Cool

Fantastic set up. I get my Santa Cruz SEL next week. It’s en route to the dealer in the California Sand color. The factory ride is smooth and impressive. Being lifted does it actually handle better ? I’ve only had body lifts in previous pickups just to get enough clearance for bigger tires.

Yeah if I would’ve know that I wouldn’t have installed it. I took it in for an alignment and came out with a voided warranty because apparently my struts were blown out from the lift kit even though they were blown before. Lesson learned though. I honestly regret lifting it. I look back at how it looked stock, and like it better but it’s a challenge to get it back to stock.

I just wish you could get this vehicle with the turbo engine with a traditional torque converter automatic and not a DCT. All the reviews I’ve seen where they do off road tests with that trim level they all say the same thing: that the DCT overheats and is not suited for off-road/over landing. Which kind of defeats the point of modifying it in the first place for that purpose. You would have thought that Hyundai would have done the base model N/A 2.5 with the DCT for better fuel economy and then paired the 2.5T with the torque converter for better off-road capability

It would have to be a shorter strut or a knuckle kit. With a coil front end leaf rear you can buy lower arms with a deeper spring pocket and re-arched leafs to get a drop (DJM/Belltech)

bewar of this low quality products... change the toe and camber to sll 4 whell.. it wil be okay if its just a tiny change, but it not ! all wheel where on red for the alignment and even if you take it perfectly align, just role for 2 weeks and back again RED on alignment specs ... pure shit design, dont buys this instead buy some 265/65/18 tire and youll be in better hands. I bought it for my santa cruz and needed to buy camber and toe arm adjustable from Australia to make it work but that just for de rear wheels. the front you'll needs front control arm adjustable to be align... so youll need to pay minimums 600 $ to make the lift kit work
