Great video Ellie. I’m doing my first camp out in my Freelander 2 in a couple of weeks. One thing around the posture problems you mentioned that might help which I am have to do as I am 6’3” is if you are going for longer stays, you can easily unbolt the rear seat bottoms and remove them. This means the seat backs lay completely flat and you don’t lose your storage space behind your front seats like you do if you tip the seat bottoms up. Hope this helps.

It always amazes me how some people, can make their car look like a bedroom slash living room. Nice, some very nice and cosy. That is why I respect and like those people like Eleanor, so much. They know how make something look big while living in a tiny place like a car. And they most of the time look more happy aswell, probably due to the low costs you have with this way of living. Congrats on reaching over 9K, soon be 10K! Sorry to hear how painful it can get on your period, as a man I obviously can't relate and it's easy to forget what women have to go through. I get cramps and moderate to severe stomach pain often with IBS at the moment, so I can't imagine what it would be like to add even more pain. You have a glow in your eyes when you smile and it makes you look really pretty. Hope the adventure is fun and I look forward to the next video.

I use my freelander 2 for overnight stays and find the 5% black out window tints( professionally fitted) invaluable. I've also fitted wind deflectors allowing me to lower all four windows 2 inches throughout the night totally eliminating any condensation build up , they also prevent any rain from entering. additionally I also use a large roof top box to free up internal space..

@ re hot water bottles: you can make an emergency hot water bottle with your gas stove to heat up water and your drinking water bottle (aluminium and stainless steel). Saved my life once on a freezing night on an island 😂😊. Plenty of useful tips there Ellie 💪 think of some merch 🤔 you're an artist too 😊! Edit: not going on about on how to s$t in your car now 😂 but there are solutions out there I learned a lot from US youtube channels....😅 actually for both ways 😂
