Is it possible that my pre-recorded live stream can buffer during the live stream? The reason I noticed this is that KZbin had a longer duration for my live premiere that exceeded the actual length of my video. The video length was 29 min but the premiere was 1 hr and 19 mins. What does that mean?

No. The limit is if you upload them to your brands folder inside of your StreamYard Studio.
