If you do the forks together on one side and spoons on the other or whatever, it is easier to unload and not sort the silverware. You take the handful of spoons out and then the handful of forks, easier to unload if put in the right way.

Great point! Since they go in the same place this would be easier to grab the same type of silverware.

Just bought a 3rd rack Bosch. LOVED that feature from the get go and knew we'd totally utilize it! Only thing we're 'noticing' is a terrible tar smell? Have only done 2 load's so far in 4 day's. It was not quite as bad this 2nd time and we hope it fades away?? Noxious! Have read some scary reviews now :( Other than that, really happy with the model we have, nearly the same as you're showing but the 3 rd rack doesn't have the drop down however it's deeper already and doesn't require that :) A great idea we're happy to see implemented!

We often get rust colour spots on the knives we clean in the third rack. Any suggestions? We enjoy the space savings by not keeping the cutlery backet in the dishwasher.

I have a confusion, the cutlery rack gets shower from both upside and downside bt if middle rack is full, how water will reach to cutlery rack and clean spoons specially those big spoons we place upside down??

Most dishwashers have a way to spray the top rack. Whether this is a top spray arm, or in the very bottom middle which sprays up to the top of the dishwasher. Keep in mind, you don't want to overcrowd your dishwasher either. You want to leave enough space that water can get in between the dishes so they are getting clean. If you have plates or bowls stacked too closely, they'll block the water from hitting other dishes (especially inside of bowls, front of plates, etc.)

You're loading the cutlery in the wrong way around! The handles of the cutlery are supposed to go in the plastic bits!

It would work both ways! As long as your silverware is in a position where the water will hit it, this will work too. The most important thing is that the utensils are upright and spread out.

@@Donsappliances So, big question - would you really recommend a tray over a basket? I'm looking for a dishwasher and all the higher models have trays but I'm still not convinced?
@mayurgoyal8762 Жыл бұрын
@@faistime when u practically start using dishwasher, u will find difficult to keep space for basket, since dishwasher gets full most of time, so tray is better option, I have dishwasher with both and I don't use basket bcoz I don't have space left for it

@@mayurgoyal8762 Thanks. We ended up buying the tray version and are very happy with it. Took about two times to get used to it, now absolutely love it

yes and forks should be one side and spoons all together as easier to unload, handful of forks and handful of spoons etc.
