Time to put this into action. Will update in January 1st 2024. Update 8/3/24 - maintaining the weight loss. MUCH MUCH harder than losing the weight because it feels stagnant instead of chasing something. Focused on resistance training as it helps you not look like a melted candle 🫡 update 9/5/23: Still going, thanks for the support fellas

I was level 1 in high-school. I was chubby, greasy as hell, acne ridden, wore crappy, baggy clothes, had braces, never went outside. Now I'm down 80 pounds and working out to not be skinny anymore, I'm tan from working in the sun all day, my teeth are straight and white and I'm slowly obtaining clothes that look good on me. For the first time yesterday I walked by the mirror and wasn't ashamed of who I saw looking back at me. The kicker is I was never really that ugly, just kind of funky and awkward. Now I'm watching myself glow up, and whenever I run into old classmates they look like a deer in headlights when they see me. My acne is finally starting to clear up. Give it another year or two of going to the gym and working on it, I may be beach ready for the first time in my entire life. What I've learned is that very few people are actually straight up ugly, just awkward, unhealthy, and a little too stressed out.

I was experiencing a lot of breakage w my hair so I put of dyeing it for a while, but now I’ve realized my hair was protein deficient and I’ve worked on fixing that. I’ve also got a couple new piercings which I believe are always an instant glow up. My goals are that by January 1st, 2024 i will have dyed my hair (hopefully it will have also grown lol), as well as gotten a curly cut (I’ve never gotten a hair cut before other than trims) gotten atleast 1 new piercing, and have abs.

What have your real life results been like? I started "looksmaxing" long before that phrase existed. I turned myself from a skinny, weak, insecure beta into a confident, charismatic guy with a physique like Captain America. But my real life results didn't really change that much. I still did poorly with women and struggled to build up a meaningful social circle. And keep in mind, this was over the course of a decade and thousands of hours dumped into it. If you're seeing real like results after a few months, you my friend, are winning.
@reqiuemformydreams

@@fuzzypanda1684 honestly it’s sort of weird. I’m sort of getting more attention from people and being referred to as attractive but I honestly just feel like they’re lying to me because people have never spoken to me like that before. I do feel better about myself most days and I’m more comfortable in my clothes, I feel like socially I’m more accepted but it just doesn’t feel real to me because I still feel like I’m the same person I was a year ago sometimes. I feel like I may be stopping myself from getting results In some aspects because I’m stuck in my old ways and I’ve realized I still struggle with confidence, which is something I think I must work on to fully receive results from this experience 👍

Let me add three additional tips: 1. Buy a Jawzersize or Chisell. Use it consistently. 2. If you are darker skinned (Black, Latino, Asian) and you have darkness around your neck and/or dark patches around your face, it's called acanthosis nigricans. This can be cured by 1) cutting carbs/weight loss, 2) taking ALA (alpha lipoic acid), and 3) try kojic acid soap and/or azelaic acid twice daily. 3) If you have hyperpigmented or discolored lips, use Biossance Squalane night serum.

This is amazing but the one rhing I would change is mewing in level 3, just start in the beginning because its a long term habit so the earlier you start it the better the effect

I'd like to emphasize on another thing; this process WILL take multiple years. Don't rush with everything, it can be very overwhelming, expensive and eventually demotivating when you rush it. It can also take some time to find the products that work well for you. Lastly, failure is always a lesson, so when something doesn't work out, try to find other solutions

Why not do everything at once? I found for myself that if I say I'm gonna think about this later, I'll never actually do the thing and weasel around it. It's a huge motivating factor to know that I've got everything ready and nothing needs my attention in the future except for doing the thing itself.
