Sister i reached 100 kg weight in 30th April 2020 after watching u r channel i started to do small basic exercise at the same time i followed diet(not very strictly) its shows good results in the month 15th August 2020 i reached my weight 92kg .so cotionously i watching u r all KZbin video thank you very much for your motivation speech with workout sister.
