Great info. I'm a fan of Bill Campbell's philosophy.

So much great info in this conversation! I will humbly disagree with Dr. Campbell's point at the end though about low carb. For some of us, that genuinely works better, and not all of us have a product/service to push. I think it has something to do with satiety. When I eat low carb, high protein, I'm able to sustain 1200-1400 calories per day without much effort.

I'm doing the mind pump guys 20 min 6 days a week program. 3 upper body 3 lower body. Pick one 1 compound movement for that body section and do that for the 20 min. I can get about 5-6 sets in that 20 min. I can knock that out at my work gym on lunch break 🎉 then after work I'll walk/rebound. Sometimes my walk will include weighted vest. 48 years old. 🎉 I do take creatine everyday 🎉

Is it better to do high weights and less reps or do higher reps and move up in weights and last weights versus resistance bands.

I find this very interesting because I’ve been working on this for years as far as weight loss and muscle one point I do want to make and the research is out there and if anybody needs it, they can contact me, but you wanna watch your insulin you wanna watch your carbohydrates do you wanna watch, and do intermittent fasting and no sugar very low fruit toast lotta protein is the scientific way of controlling your weight having the proper body mass and certainly incorporating your exercise program with cardio
