Keep it up 🔥💯Life style changes is key to weight loss with both mental and physical health improvements. Now having lost 50kg/ 100lbs in 5 months I am starting to feel a lot more like myself. Still on my journey and happy about it. Fasting played a big part in my weight loss

Well the universe does act in mysterious and helpful ways. I have no idea how I can upon your channel but so glad that I did. I have been struggling with my menopausal belly for almost 10 years. I will turn 60 in March 2022 and in Jan 2021 I decided that this will be the year that I get rid of it and I haven’t lost a pound. Well, I lose 1 or 3 but gain them right back. Tip #3 hit me right between the eyes… do I really want to lose the belly or do I really want to have my creamer and my chocolate???? I have some work to do. Thanks for that aha moment.

I had to give up wine; I’m working on the coffee creamer. The creamer is starting to make me hungry (ending ketosis), so I have been ending my fast too early. Today I’m going to try my coffee without it.

I couldn't stomach coffee without creamer so what I did was not drink coffee for 2 days and by the third day I needed my coffee bad so I made one, put a teaspoon of cocoa powder. It wasn't the same but I could stomach it and I eventually left the cocoa out. Now I can drink coffee without creamer and I don't drink it everyday too.

Hi, I just found your channel! Love all the videos I’ve watched so far! I’m 51 and very overweight. I’ve tried intermittent fasting before and have felt nauseous during the day. I’m not on any medication also. Any thoughts on why?

It is very common to feel nauseous when you first start fasting as your body is detoxing. And you are restricting food which breaks food addictions. I recommend lots of mineralized water. And to sign up for my next intermittent fasting course: www.fortodaysagingwoman.com/save

Since COVid I have struggled with putting myself first and figuring out what it is that I truly want. I think it is one thing and then something else pops up… I think I am experimenting. Any ideas or techniques you can suggest to help me how to figure out what I truly want. I am a graduate of your November class and felt like I came away with great information. How does your new IF class differ from the old one?

I have lost all my excess weight through intermittent fasting and low carb diet, my problem now is how to maintain my new weight, I don't want to loose any more and I don't want to gain the shaded weight back. Want do I do, thanks for your help.

Eat more. Fasting is a healing benefit you don’t want to walk away from. Eat more in your feasting window. Maybe fast less on some days.

How about ur cortisol and t3 when u fast? Long term could affect thyroid health, bring pms and menopause symptoms ?

Not seeing any of that at all. Annual checkups just get better with time. I am post menopausal. Everything is a-ok!

@@anir8023 excellent deep sleep. Excellent rem! The only time I have a bad nights sleep is when I make a food decision that doesn’t work for me! Nothing to do with a fast.

I like what you said but I’m nervous about not counting calories. I think it keeps me accountable. I don’t limit my calories but I do write down what I eat. I’m afraid if I don’t do that I’ll go crazy with eating. But I guess I should just as myself what I really want. When is mindset course starting?

I tried doing bullet proof coffee to be able to get to 20 hours without feeling super hungry. It worked but I’m wondering if it made me sick. Ever had any clients experience this?
