Karoulaina of course she followed a healthy diet too. You can’t lose weight without eating healthy. It’s important to find a balance between the exercise and the food. Everything will be just fine, you can do this! Keep up the good work!

Hello Susanna thank you so much for your workout. I am folollowing you from two months and I have result. But my big thighs and hip hips still the same place😓 and my weight never go down but i can see my body shape changing. My biggest problem is my hip dips its too deep and too ugly.

you need to do exercises that are low impact on your knees. squats can hurt them especially lunges. i know from experience 😯
