I am 57 1/2 and have been doing this workout and the one where you are standing in sand for seven days…sometimes I alternate days, sometimes I do them both. Am already seeing more definition in my waist and lessening of the little back rolls…hate those! Exercises are challenging yet easy to do. You are motivating and fun! Thanks!

@@Meraki29 yes it is. Give it a try. Do it consistently for 10 days. If some move is difficult do it with a lighter intensity or just try to copy as much as you can. You will see a visible difference in 10 days. A good option is to have some jeans etc that you want to be fit in. Wore it before and after 10 days 😊. Best of luck 👍👍

Do intermittent fasting with her work out it works.. my back has plenty of fat rolls and now it’s fading away slowly and back feels tighter. You should do her work out with cardio too.It works!

Began today. Those who reacted and those who did not, my cake days are over. Day 1: completed 3 sets. Arms burn. Weighted last 77kgs approx. Will weight after 10 days. Get ready with determined mind. This isn't very hard but you can feel the burn. Day 2: deciding to do twice. Once in the noon. Once in the evening. Done with 1. Will update in the evening. It burns. But don't give up. I am having hard time. But I am gonna stick to it this time. Left the decision mid way. Did only once. Day 3: ooohh the breathlessness. Let's get going. Done with this. Day 4: breathlessness. People who are obese or overweight nearing obesity mark, you will expirence as I am or may be worse. Ignore typos please if any. Too tired. Day 5: knee already stinging. But the exercises now seem less painful. Will add on new challenges or exercises from tomorrow alongside this. Day 6, 7, 8 skipped Day 9: got harder. Don't skip if you are in challenge
