Hey Ann, thanks for writing in and great question! Unfortunately, we are unable to spot-reduce fat on our bodies as we can only reduce fat all over. Doing ab exercises or core work simply works the muscles that lie underneath the fat and does very little to reduce body-fat. The way to reduce body-fat is by mixing a clean diet with deliberate exercise. You can learn more about this through our FM30X program==>store.fitmotherproject.com/collections/programs -The FMP Team

Sorry for yet one more question. I just signed up for your free program. Question: Can you eat 2 meals rather than 3 meals? Must the 1st Meal be your Breakfast Meal? Or can your 1st Meal be your Lunch Meal?
@FitMotherProject3 жыл бұрын
Hey again Renee, you can totally eat just 2 meals/day, as long as you don't find yourself hungry and gravitating toward other snacks later on. Many prefer delaying your first meal to your lunch time so doing a version of intermittent fasting with meals at around 11am (3pm?) and 7pm can work. -The FMP Team

Love the So Delicious option you showed in this video! My husband and I always look at the labels to find how much sugar is in things. What’s interesting is tomato sauce! It’s surprising how much sugar is in this, and similar, products. It’s very hard to find tomato products that don’t have added sugars to them. Hi guys, I'm a mother of 2 and I want to lose weight. I've tried everything in the past, but nothing worked. I've tried IF, keto, paleo, Atkins, no carb, etc, but nothing helped me to shed off the excess pound for good. I came across this article online stating that a simple coffee tweak can boost your metabolism and thus help you lose weight. I think my slow metabolism has a lot to do with me not losing weight despite trying everything. Could you please take a look at it and tell me whether it's genuine or not? Do you think it'll work or not? Thanks! Here's a link to the article-

Does fiber gummies do?
@FitMotherProject4 жыл бұрын
Hey Bb, thanks for writing in and great question! You can certainly use fiber gummies to help boost you fiber numbers but nothing will replace getting your fiber from actual food. Yes, the gummies will contain fiber but the actual foods rich in fiber will also contain vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants to help enhance your health overall. Think about getting a wide range of veggies and grains to help get some insoluble/soluble fiber into your diet. -The FMP Team

If you have trouble sleeping and keep waking up, you might want to check that with a doctor and stop using KZbin advice for help. As you could have issues like sleep apnea that you are unaware of waking you up. Kinda weird you said that you wake up 3:45am as that is the golden hour for your body and the world to sync as spirituals believe in that. I just thought it was interesting to point out.
