Wow, I never thought I would listen to a young man talk about how overweight women can lose weight, but this guy was great! I have had a few important questions for a long time that he answered for me-what to eat (he kept it ssoo simple-all foods I like by the way), when to eat and what supplements to take. Normally this is all so complicated and expensive that I feel overwhelmed-(which of course means I need to eat a family size bag of Lay's Potato Chips) I am addicted to sugar mostly, but the good news is that I like healthy foods and I enjoy cooking so.....I'm gonna give this a try! BEST channel ever for nutrition/health/fitness advice. I went from 228 lbs/50% body fat to 154 lbs/28% body fat and have remained there for 7 years (I am 51 years old, 5ft 6 female) using almost identical methods. I would encourage all women (and particularly those in their early forties) to adopt this lifestyle as the health benefits are incredible. Focus on all the delicious, nutritionally dense foods you love and you will no longer crave any sugary/processed stuff which is addictive and devoid of nutrients. I lost the fat gradually over 15 months initially (April 2012-July 2013), began by cutting down on sugar and walking each day. Every journey begins with a few small steps, trust me you will never look back 💕

I dont miss junk...and I love that when you email them a question they answer the same day! Except weekends of course. Everyone needs a day off. He is the best nutritionist I have ever found. I am in healthcare and he hits everything right on. He also is teaching us how to lift weights - how to know reps and how often and how to increase weight or what weight to use. His nutrition is 💯 correct. I cannot say enough of good things about him!! Oh and more more thing - he also doesn’t shove random products at you or false promises or a 20 minutes questionnaire just to get your email address and information. A ton of his info is on KZbin. After watching and doing them over just one week, I am ready to get the full program - is it necessary? Probably not. It is something I enjoy and feel works, so I want to do more. He just makes it so easy! Ya just have to DO it ❤

This sounds great and gives great guide lines. But, as a mom, there's no way I eat dinner at 7-8 PM, actually, this is when I give baths to my kids and prepare them for sleep. I also enjoy sitting down at the table in the same time with my kids and I will not make them wait until 7 PM to have dinner. However, I'm sure there are ways to play around that, bend that rule a little... overall, great tips, I love how he gets down into the technical details, nt just blahblabing about it, but really breaking it down and showing us ''HOW'', he's technique is really great ! @@DUES_EX calling me stupid because I want to lose weight is female empowerment? Yes, I see it now. 😐. I don't do tennis match replies so watch who you call stupid. No one was talking to you in the first place.

I'm starting to gain weight, I'm 30, I never had to worry about weight too much. My daughter is 18 months old. I'm scared to get really fat. I'm going to try this for my family.

My brain is positively buzzing! I am a T2D, 68 year old (NOT using young, because, in this moment, I am NOT young. Not even young - ish! I will be able to re-attach the 'young' part to my age in a few months, but right now it is not so.). I am also obese. I am shuddering in the extreme at that thought, but, that IS where it's at right now. I was researching the 3-day Military diet and YOU popped up on the side bar there. I am so very glad that I noticed. I am especially spun at your words ".... perfect plates" of 600 calories each is STILL under the 2k-2500K /day mark! What magic is this? It's "Holy Cow Wow perfect sense" sorcery! I NEVER saw it in that light before. I have not conquered myself yet, because I couldn't figure out how to retrain my brain and mindset and thereby, my body set. I am so blown away. Y'all just cleared absolutely every roadblock I ever had or created. And I am now SO excited! I mean, you even, in a way, have removed the 'washing the dishes' part of meal prep and eating! Thank you. You are a Godsend. Literally. Blessings a hunred fold to you.

Dinner at 7pm is too late for me.. I've found I have more success if I stop eating by say 6pm... Ive lost 40 lbs and kept it off for five years and recently stepped up my eating plan and lost an additional 20 lbs.. all by cutting all the crap food entirely (no more cheats), starting to eat at 7 am and ending by 7 pm (12 hours total). Exercise helps to tone you up but a good diet is the key.. took me a long time to finally understand that.

I hate these comments!!! Why did she lose weight? 🤦♀️She is supposed to accept herself at her heaviest. Body positivity is about loving yourself at your heaviest. Now she lost weight, what’s wrong with her. If you can’t join #body positivity you are apart of the patriarchy. Losing weight is apart of the patriarchy. Stop encouraging weight loss #femaleempowerment Your so stupid. Losing weight is how men control you. Being at your heaviest is a sign of rebellion to the patriarchy and bigger people need to see it’s okay to be big. Bigger people like me and you need to be accepted. No more patriarchy fat shaming

@FitMotherProject3 жыл бұрын
Hey Devi, thanks for writing in and great question! Even though probiotics have been around for a little time now, the research isn't as conclusive yet in terms of how many probiotics one should have. What may be more important is the number of total strains. For a couple brands we like, and other supplement info we recommend to our members, please see this guide==>fit-mother-project.helpscoutdocs.com/article/24-our-fit-mother-recommended-products-list -The FMP Team
