Very good video. I’m 76 years and check all 7 points with ok. Vegetarian since 35 years, no Alkohol, no smoking, 9 hours sleep at night, 1 hour rest in the afternoon and 1 hour every morning stretching Ballett, and after that I’m riding every day About 25 km on my bike.👍🇩🇪

Im going to check out my HR in the mornings, I have been drinking so much water since I got rid of soda. I feel less sore after workouts! I do havw issues with sleep, its getting better with my toddler 😅 but you know babies! Love to know since eating so much whole foods for this whole year I'm very regular!

Hair, skin & nails tells a lot about your health situation. Another way it can tell you is your poop schedule. Higher poop frequency means you're not able to digest food that you are having. I always look for these and for the rest of them I really didn't care. But Balduzzi's explanation about other tests made me worried. Thank you.

Prolonged gut micro-biome problems can actually cause a multitude of cascading body problems and even death, especially in a pandemic. It is more important than many know. Good work putting this out. Highly recommend to follow it and indeed get that blood work done at least once if not twice a year!

Kia ora thank you. Great information video. I do not eat red meat bc it makes me lethargic and upsets my pooping rythmn. White meat occassionally is okay. No dairy as Im lactose intolerant. So its veges, fruits, nuts and legumes etc. I know and are in tune with my body, can tell what it needs and doesnt 😊. Thanks again arohanui 💖😊

I learning so much from this channel. Do you have any warm up and cool down stretches that are particular to women? I reviewed the one you had for the fit father project but the roller for my chest is awkward along with a few other movements. If you could have a female representative as you explain them, I would greatly appreciate it.

Great question! If you hold your index/middle finger up to your neck, under your chin on the right/left side, you can feel your pulse. Count your pulse for 20sec and multiply by 3. Best of luck! -The FMP Team

Well I have dull hair, skin and nails, I have stiff joints, I have an irregular hr, I have disturbed sleep, but I am also about half way through menopause. Why is menopause not brought in as a possible cause, instead of labelling people as unhealthy and saying 'just get better sleep' or ' don't get stressed' just isn't helpful for women such as myself struggling with the shitty menopause! I have started going to the gym but I feel like I'm wasting my time because I'm just not seeing changes.

Hi Darlene. I’m also 69 and have been doing one meal a day. I have an opening to eat between 5pm and 8pm. Only liquids during the day which includes lots of water. After 3 days your appetite will adjust, you’ll feel better and start dropping weight.
