This is what I do. I write down my goals, my ideal weight, and weigh myself every week. On that same sheet, I write down why I should keep going, because I often feel discouraged. Some things I put on that sheet include: Think about the end results. Whatever you’re trying to accomplish, you won’t do it by sitting around, try to make it something you look forward every day, and results aren’t quick. You are in this for the long run, and this is a lifestyle you are committing to to achieve your dream body, so may as well make it something you WANT to do! I believe in you if you don’t even believe in yourself. I wish you the best of luck on your journey. :)

Because i know how it feels. i hate not being able to wear all the "cute clothes" i want to be able to wear croptops, skirts, swimsuits without feeling "exposed" or uncomfortable.

Millie X BMI’s aren’t always a good reference because me for example, I’m 13 and my BMI says I’m overweight but I do roughly 30 hours a week of gymnastics and I would consider myself in good shape, but other than that you are absolutely right :)

Well I weighed around 165 last summer, then in January I tried to lose weight and watch my portions. I got to around 143 in March, then went back up to 150 after quarantine and shoving take out + bigger portions. So Imma take notice of this video and her hacks. These hacks and homemade juices look really easy to do. I am 15 btw.

JustFaye :3 you can do it!! just do it the right way. don’t starve yourself or eat less than 1200 calories a day. i usually would work out for 1 hour a day and get 10,000 steps in every day. stick to eating healthy and try your best to avoid junk food and carbs. sometimes you can’t and that’s fine. also another tip is to not weigh yourself every day or in the afternoon. i weigh myself every monday morning. don’t loose hope if you don’t loose as much as you want to in the first week. when i started my journey i only lost 1lb per week. ik you can do it just stick to a plan. good luck girlie!!

Avoid eating processed foods ,Drink water daily,eat with a smaller plate ,pack your lunch when your going to school kill,Try to avoid grains and sugary stuff You can eat those but try to limit, You should drink MOSTLY water And If you want some flavor add some lemon (I drink that in the morning on a empty stomach, try to workout for an hour a day I personally workout (20 mins each day I've been doing this for more than a month)

Bro I’m doing this for myself and to make “him” wish he was with me when he had the chance :) but also because I don’t want to continue being unhealthy. Diabetes runs in my family and my doctor told me I can prevent it by eating healthier, and I can prevent heart issues like my dad has by being active. Tips to others: Make water with strawberries!! I can’t explain how good this is, and it’s really simple to make. Get as many strawberries as you prefer, and get some water. Make sure the strawberries are sweet, so you don’t have to add sugar (however, you can add sugar to your drink. If my strawberries aren’t as sweet as usual, I add less than a tablespoon of sugar per cup or so). Add the strawberries into the blender. Here’s where the fun comes in. If A., you want the strawberry drink like juice, just blend it until it is the consistency of juice. However, I prefer leaving chunks of strawberries in my drink. B. to do this, blend the mix slowly (with water and strawberries) and stop every few seconds to make sure you get the consistency you want. After you get your drink, put it in the fridge to let it get cold, and ice if you want some (I prefer no ice). I leave my drink in the fridge for about 30 mins, and it’s ready to go! Perfect for a nice summer day! My family is Mexican, and this used to be one of my mom’s favorite drinks where she’s from. I suggest anyone try this when possible (sorry for the big comment).

I’m 16, 5’7, and 141 pounds. Majority of my weight is in my legs, and I’ve been tall since elementary school. I’ve gained some weight over quarantine (and so has everyone else) and I’d like to stop slacking and lose some of it. It’s mostly because I know I feel better when I work out, but the pandemic has taken away a lot of athletic time for me, and it’s difficult to get motivated when I can’t go anywhere, and I’m stuck inside most of the time. I think I’m going to start writing my goals down, and see how things go from there. Now, as the video said, I must get off my phone and sleep. That’s where I’ll start.

Hey I’m 5’7 141 and my doctor and a bunch of other people say it’s the perfect weight for my height. So does BMI calculators. There’s no need to lose more weight so don’t stress

Hi! You are perfect and there is no reason for you to lose weight. 141lbs is a healthy weight to be for a 5’7 16 year old girl unless you just want to get fitter .

Im 13, 160 cm and actually I don’t know about my weight but last time i checked it was 55 kgs but now I don’t know i might have lost some weight. anyways, i wanna do the same but it seems like its kinda hard , at least for me. but if you wanna do that so fast, I suggest you, to eat only healthy, you can have junk food stuff once a month or a week (your choice). Also exercise how much you can, I exercise around 30 minutes a day which are not enough and im going to work on it. But these are just some opinions, you can either take them or leave them, thank you. Good luck.

I suggest doing some sort of activity like walking or bike-riding. Sometimes doing that daily helps to lose weight, and also just doing something that is semi-active helps

i find these videos so frustrating sometimes like they show all these healthy food and say no processed foods but as a teen living with my family that's all we have. like there is not really any healthy options and it's very annoying when that's the only choice

6:05 I'm finnish. we get free, healthy meals at school. we don't pack our lunches from home. extra :It's about 99% of the time not pizza or fries it's usually pasta/rice/ potatoes+ salad + some type of meat (or the vegetarian choice) and sauce unless it's a soup. then there's milk or water for drinking and then there's always this finnish/swedish crisp bread (näkkäri/näkkileipä/knäckebröd) if you want. Sometimes there's some rye bread too.

Hey I’m 15 years old and 4’10. My weight is unbalanced cause of my metabolism, for sure my weight is around 111 or 112 , I feel like I’m over weight and I want to go back to being 105. The cafeteria at my school actually serve pretty good food like beef, rice with curry sauce and chicken, baked potatoes, something called china box, pasta with meatballs and much more and they always have a nice salad on the side 😋

im 13, 5'1'', 70kilo, and before people say i should be happy wth my body and all i am fine with how i look its just transitioning from life saving (a 'swimming'/ 'life guarding' course ) to competetive swimming especially overweight is hard because my stamina and core has already been built into distance and not speed (i going into sprinting) plus i can finally wear cute outfits and tube/crop tops and bikinis and all with huge confidence

I’m 15 and I’ve lost 5 pounds but it was really unhealthy because I went through a period of not eating or only eating a small dinner all day. I’m trying to change that, while I still don’t feel comfortable eating breakfast I’ve started eating a sandwich at lunch and a little bit more during dinner so I’ll definitely try to get better at that and start to excessive more than I already do!

1)8-10 hours of sleep. Keep water beside your bed for when you wake up 3)Pack a lunch ( get a wrap some Swiss cheese and chicken cook it on a pan) or some mini pizzas(English muffin tomato sauce and cheese (cook at 450 for 5 minutes) 4)DIY juice (4 Orange slices and one cup of water blend that up then put a net to take out any excess things from the juice ( could use any other fruit) should also put ice if you want) 5)Get 1 hour of exercise a day I know I skipped number 2 it does nothing
