i also use the nyx liquid eyeliner epic ink one and have been doing wings since 8th grade… will NEVER switch. i actually just came back from ulta and bought the brown version for that “i didn’t try look”!!! it looks so good on no makeup days with mascara…. PLEASE DO A NEW FACE AT SEPHORA OR ULTA!! we would love that

Super helpful video. I’m currently trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the time but my stomach fat is very very slowing going away, there’s times that I don’t see any progress and I’m measuring myself every 3 months. Any tips? Also I always see you wear a waist trainer could you do a video on how it’s benefited you? Thanks!

Great information, Julia. Thank you. Any suggestions...I'm doing the South Beach Diet Phase 1, just to get the crap out of my system, and am then planning on going back to my 2300 calories/day at 125grams protein, 72grams fat, and 286grams carbs. At my hydrostatic weighing, I measured 20% body fat. My goal is 16%. Plz advise.

if i'm eating my maintenance calories and weight training at the gym for an hour and doing cardio(1-2 hours of walking a day, depending), is it normal to not see the scale moving really? i can feel and see that i'm gaining muscle, and it feels like my body is smaller, but the scale continues to say 153 nearly 2 months later.

08:50 , my upper body back and chest is loosing weight first - I loose weight evenly over all so sometimes is disheartening to “not see any results” but then a 2x shirt is oversized on me where as when I got it it fit

You talked about "yo-yo dieting" and losing the weight slowly so you don't gain it all back. But I've been following you for a while and notice that you blow up in your off-season. How is that not the same thing? Dont get me wrong, that is one of the reasons that I like to follow your journey, because you always have to make such a huge transformation. It just seems like an outdated way of preparing for bodybuilding shows and you might be better off "main-gaining".

The 1gram/lbs is such an old school rule and yet, it does work amazingly while in a deficit 👐 these new studies of .85/kg of body weight aren't cutting it 😅

I prefer to replace my sodas with seltzers water like fresca brand grapefruit water or bubble brand seltzer water in lime flavor water or polar brand seltzer water in cherry flavor it has the carbonation that I love

From the research I've seen. Typically no. That's too much food for someone. You'll wanna eat some where around your goal weight In protein but you need to make sure you're eating enough protein.
