I was at 98 before 5 years than I loose my weight upto 76 kg then i again gain the weight upto 84 now with proper diet and exercise I lost 20 kg within 5 months now am 64 and my height is about 172cm which is considered as normal weight according to my height....

Just count on ur calories ,eat upto 1300 calories for 7days u should avoid sweet food items and oily food items and u should completely avoid coconut.do exercise for atleast 2 times a day according to ur time preference after ur first 7 days of your diet and exercise plan measure you weight u may see a slight difference in your weight then continue the 1100 calorie diet for a month with exercise for 6 days a week then increase your calorie intake into 1200 for a month with the exercise then again reduce your calorie intake for 1100 for 2 month's with exercise.And u can see ur transformation .Once u achieve don't go over 1500 calories a day for atleast 6 months,you can have green tea in evening because it helps to increase ur metabolism..

Wonderful achievement by all. Well done. The girl has fire of motivation in her eyes. So proud. I only have one concern when you are so heavy jumping will only ruin your knee cartilage. First lose about 25 kgs then skipping is optimum.

Hats off to her, She did 18excercise. Is it advisable to do 18workouts with 20 rep range which lands to 360reps. Will it not lead to injury like joint pain, ligament tear n other issues as she is overweight. Before joining gym has she done medical screening as it matters the most. Because in some gym it is said 65%clean diet with calorie difict n 35%workout🙄. If she is pcos patient heavy workout is needed but 18excersise? I'm Confused kindly help me understand.
