Jumping Jack-250 High Knees-250 Mountain Climbers-75 Half Sit-ups -100 Rope Skipping-250 Butt kicks-250 Static Lunges-100 Crunches-100 Plank-150 Including also doing other types of exercises and food control now it’s already 40 days finished but just only 2.5kg loss weight 😔 am really disappointed because everyday almost one and half hours doing 😔😔

I have an water body,but consistently I'm doing yoga for more than 2 years,my weight is gradually increasing monthly 2kg in waist and stomach point,i have no bad habits,I'm always chew the food with mouth closed and then only i swallow it,pure vegetarian, stopped eating junk foods for 2 years till now ,using palm, jaggery for milk ,avoided refined sugar and its sweets for almost 3 months,due to constantly practicing vajrasana position my thigh fat is not increasing,then why my belly is continuously increasing?did anybody have answers???I'm also started doing plank for about 1.30 minutes in a single sitting for about 1 month
