11:55 Hello Tamie. Im discovering a lot of things about myself. I am now discovering how resentments started in others who were around me. I've had to drop a number of people out of my life, including a church that wants to hold others back so as to form dependencies and control of their lives. I'm a business owner and have to go it totally alone. Your videos strengthen my personal beliefs and initiatives to drive forward properly. I have now been able to answer some hard questions and see further ahead more clearly.

Good morning - Tamie... once again, oooh sooo true - on everything. We shouldn't need a reminder of the "grateful" list but it doesn't hurt.💖 The master malignant narcissist in our lives has recently passed away. I feel sad and relieved @ the same time. We were married for 30 years and introduced to him 50 yrs ago. I was sure that he would outlive me so it came as a shock. Hopefully, I can move on now & heal but that will mean pulling away from the grown children who have chosen to adopt his narcissistic tactics. He caused so much pain throughout the years - I'm sure that I need to move somewhere warm and begin writing - whatever it is that makes me happy.🌹 TAMIE, WISHING YOU & YOUR FAMILY A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS🎄and of course, the ones in charge - THE DOGS!!☺️

My boss is a Narcissist (reminds me of my mother) and has thrown me off guard by suddenly saying things such as “you need to grow up” or “you need to have more respect for yourself” and because these comments are not in line with how the conversation started off, I suddenly get tongue tied and don’t know how to respond/ answer back/ how to conduct myself and as a 36 year old woman, being around her I feel like a child- hense why she reminds me of my mother. I thought I was comfortable in my own skin, clearly not. Any advice ??😢

you are telling at large lines what i tell many times to other ones..a part the speach about to write the goals.....i have no one that can help me....i have only a sister that is a cover narcisist and i have not moneys for pay a psycologist....friends has let me all fall when im fall ill....i dont believe yet in god cos has permitted too much big sufferences in my life...i go follow your videos thanking you with moneys....thankyou
