Thank you Dr. Frita. I'm very grateful for this content. Most doctors won't tell you anything about foods. They just give more and more pills. I don't like to take statin meds,it causes pain in my knees and makes me stiff. I'm very grateful for your information. I have high cholesterol and type 2 diabetes. My diabetes is getting better now. I just have to control the cholesterol. I eat alot of nuts and vegetables, fish. I will be doing more of the fruits with the chia & flaxseeds. I thank you so very much. I will share this content on social media so others can get the information. Blessings to you and your family. You have a beautiful family. Even the oldest, that didn't really want to be in the video. I will continue to watch your content & info that we all can use. Thank you once again.

I don't have high cholesterol but I eat most of the foods in this video every week. I eat Orca Bay wild caught keta salmon with beans/rice and broccoli or salmon with a sweet potato and broccoli three times a week. When I get bored of salmon I'll eat mahi mahi or a tuna steak. The rest of the week I eat old fashioned rolled oats with chia seeds, flaxseeds and walnuts, almonds or macadamia nuts. And twice a month as a treat I eat a cup of plain Greek yogurt with Lily's stevia sweetened dark chocolate covered almonds with raspberries or blueberries, a No Cow or Quest protein bar, a bag of Quest protein chips and a 16oz bottle of Harmless Harvest coconut water or BodyArmor Lyte sports drink.

Thank you so much I have high cholesterol and blood pressure. I’m in my 70s. But have never been overweight never smoked or drank alcohol and in younger days meditated. I do have a busy life and probably need to reduce stress. I live in a house with 4 children two of them autistic. But have always eaten very well. I get very upset that I do everything right and still can’t reduce cholesterol or BP. Love your kids. Do you have any suggestions that would help me. Thank you

High cholesterol runs in my family. I want to do things naturally without taking meds. My ratio went from 3.4 to 5.0 in the past year and LDL went from 111 to 174. I been under stress and got sluggish with my eating habits during the last year. I was told I needed to take statins to get numbers down or at risk for heart attack or stroke. I just started Disciplining myself and on a low cholesterol diet with exercise to get the numbers down naturally. I am just worried where high cholesterol runs in my family even with diet and exercise the numbers won’t go down and I still be at risk😞I am still going to try and see My results and pray number one the numbers go down❤️🙏thanks so much for this informative video

I hope you can answer this question for me. I've been told nuts are good for lowering cholesterol. However, when I read the back of the packs of nuts, they seem to be high in saturated fats. Dose this mean they are bad to eat or is there a good saturated fat and a good saturated fat.?
