Thank you. There are also a lot of anecdotal points like - bad posture or too-tight jeans (chest breathing). Inflammation (flu). Too much CO in the air (bad ventilation). Too hot. Overtraining.

These are good, thanks for sharing! I saw a study sometime ago that poor posture lowers HRV. So I'm sure it raises HR too

Edit: Both too much or too little dietary Sodium can cause issues. Redmond Sea Salt is still recommended over processed table salt because sea salt has far more trace minerals

What do you use to constantly monitor HRV?

I have like morbidly low HRV... Like 10-15ms. I've tried many health watches like Garmin vivo 5 and whoop and they all say the same thing.... That I am constantly stressed out. But, I'm not - I have a comfortable life, been practicing yoga for 10 years and meditate. I eat a healthy plant based diet and I don't use any stimulants, depressants, processed sugar or medication of any kind. I've seen a cardiologist and have a PFO but my heart is otherwise healthy. I sleep poorly and both home video and fitness trackers show an extreme amount of movement in my sleep. What do i do to fix this problem? It seems my nervous system is broken.

Yeah you've gotta work on your sleep, because you are not giving your body and brain a chance to restore every night. I can't give specific advice but I do have a playlist and vids about sleep on my channel that may help you

Vagus nerve therapy maybe? While your lifestyle sounds like it would be unlikely to be due to the regular environmental stressors we think of maybe theres some physical cause (injury or fascial restriction or the like) that may have had a negative impact ??? Im no doctor or expert by any means, just throwing out what came to mind

Have you done a sleep study? You might have some bad sleep apnea.

Latest data showing no real benefits from intermittent fasting. Also it could increase insulin resistance.
