Thanks for the great Video. Isnt it possible to use the tens unit instead of the pulsetto too? And do you know what the settings would be in that case?

Hey, thanks for this super content. I wondered when you measured your HRV to assess the efficacity of the session. Do you do like 5 min before and 5 min after, or during?

I do all of the things you suggest to raise my HRV and have cut out junk food, alcohol, etc and it is still under 20! This morning it was a whopping 17 up from 16 yesterday 🤣🤣🤣. The only thing I can think of is my age - 71.... 🙃

My tens device has also the parameter "On time" 0,2 sec to 3sec and Off time 0,1 sec - 3 Sec. That means, i use 30hz and 200us. But dont know if I should use longer brakes or shorter breaks between the pulses. Any suggestions? Thanx!

What’s weird to me the vagus nerve is not even exposed there, the nerve there is the trigeminus. For me the whole theory is just scam let alone paying 700 for placebos.

I’m a 22 yr old female with a Rhr always between 51-54 my Hrv is always 43-45 my heart is consistent I’ll give it that😂. Given that my rhr is relatively on the low side is it a bad sign that my hrv isnt on the higher side. I consider myself fit I have no problem with exercise It goes up and down like it should and I don’t tire easy. Mentally I’m sound. Should I be looking for ways to improve it?

Hi, you said that the Neurosym wasnt really different from cheap TENS devices. But they have such large pads. Where should one Stick the pads in order to stimulate the vagus?
@mesere7Ай бұрын
Forget the ear clips. Just use regular gel pads under the ear with regular tens unit settings as mentioned in this vid start slow 1 min initially. It works well.

Hi, I am wandering which apps you use for measuring the high frequencies. I use the pulsetto now fo r10 day's and see an enourmous effect. I am a ME/CFS patient and feel a lot better now.

I highly recommend Heartmath for HRV training! Over 30 years of research with incredible resources and literature. Devices range from $140 to $300 and go on sale occasionally and the App is the best in the business!

HRV when you’re walking around and doing things is really not worth tracking. Your “real” hrv is tracked when you’re asleep and not moving. I have a physical job where I have to climb up and down ladders and walk a lot. When I check my HRV it’ll sometimes be 10-15 when I’ve just done something physical. But when I sleep at night my HRV will be over 100. I use an Apple Watch 8

ok this seems to be something that has become more popular with Opiate withdrawal recently. What I am studying is using a off the shelf TENS unit set at 60-100Hz at .3 to .6ma. The Misimo and Sparrow units seem to use a acupuncture leads for three points in the ear. The goal is to stimulate the Vagus and Amygdala. what I would like to know is it necessary to use acupuncture type leads, as they are not very availible. Basically you have to make your own with ear tacks. Can you use a standard ear probe as you are using. I assume it is less effective. What can you tell us about the difference between a TENS unit and the unit Sparrow or Misimo use or call the Bridge Device for opiate withdrawal.
