Thats gonna be a spicy motor with those 862 heads on it, what compression ratio are you trying to get too, definitely gonna be over 10:1….probably 10.5:1 or so depending on piston style

Instead of using those adaptors on the water pump why not swap out the crank to a corvette style and other brackets that would line up and sit closer to the motor to make mire room for radiator and fans
