Maybe you already have this video but I have been going through and was wondering if you could do a video with Lou about dosing Trace when running a Calcium Reactor. My Tank is young and not a huge demand yet but have the CR up and running and was just wondering about supplemental dosing with the CR running and how to figure out how much trace to dose. Thank you

I noticed my alk was dropping on my carx so I kept turning up my versa not knowing… come to find out the versa hose was leaking because it was so flattened out. Ugh. All fixed now

Easy fix! But yea the shoes take a lot of abuse running 24/7 with saltwater. I find every 4 or so months is a good schedule to check and replace if needed. (Depends how fast you run it. Ect )

Do you have to dose 2part aswell ontop of your co2 reactor and kalk stirrer? Just if coral consume 1 element more than the other to keep stable parameters?

Yes I do but that more from chasing the ph dragon. Every tank is different. Some will consume fairly balances and other one element more than the other

Your kalk reactor has a better stirring stick then mine is that a custom one made by avast?

Wasn’t in stock at the time. This is all media I bought a year or so ago when there was a shortage on the big stuff

I need help I just bought jellyfish and there stuck at the bottom 😢 I don’t know if it’s because you have to have an air pump at the bottom of the tank because mine is on the side

Sounds like you don’t have proper flow in the tank. If you’re using an air pump there should be a tube that goes to the bottom and bubbles up to create a gentle lift. Play with the air bubble rate to get the flow slowly moving
