How to maintain hardware on your windows and doors
1) Internal workings of locks, handles and catches should be maintained by applying a light spray of silicon based lubricant when necessary
2) Wipe down handles and hardware with a soft cloth moistened with inox to remove any harmful residue such as salt spray
3) Ensure lubricant doesn't come into contact with the finished surface of the window or door. Wipe off immediately if it does
4) Clear away sand, dirt, grit, or pet hair etc that can damage or restrict the function of rollers, guides, drop bolts and/or weep holes
