Real estate investment losing money is music to my ears. They are a major reason why the real estate market is the way that it is now.

Please do a few interviews on wholesaling commercial, industrial and vacant land, plus the best methods for reaching commercial buyers. Also, which online or NYC schools, are best to learn the commercial game ? Thank you again, for your informative channel. Keep up the great work.

Bro said "no question you'll make $10mil after a decade" but then says his best year ever was $2mil 🤔
@WTL98 Жыл бұрын
That’s what I’m saying! Worst part was that he said he didn’t have access to the tools that people do nowadays, but he has Google, etc. now. If he doesn’t make $10M with all the connections and relationships that he has now, then who will? Lmao
@kellyvinson66059 ай бұрын
Yea, even one million is ten million over a decade.
@chipdouglasiii49037 ай бұрын
The current tools accessible to agents indeed enable brokers to achieve those numbers. Dedication to the daily grind is crucial, with 12-14 hours of hustling each day. Google has never been a reliable source for real estate data and still isn't. Instead, platforms like CoStar, Property Shark, and Landvision were utilized. However, these platforms were often clunky and provided limited data. At times, I even had to physically knock on doors to confirm property ownership. Yes, making $10M is possible, you will need a team of agents to do so. One year a guy in my office made $18M. He also had a team of 26 agents. If you work alone, you will never produce those numbers. I was not a fan of the large team concept that's why my best year was $2M
@mauricehorton94247 ай бұрын
He was saying in today’s market after a decade you’ll be making that. He had already stated they had to use manuals, phone books & door knock in his day. That’s why his best year was $2 million as a broker. He never said what his best year has been since he opened his own firm.

@carpevitae21174 ай бұрын
I had no experience or knowledge aside from self learning, and I’m in manufactured home sales currently. Had no experience and they gave me a shot just because I followed up after I put in my resume. I’m at $190k this year so far. It happens, you just have to believe it happens first. Then you can follow up on opportunities. And I’m 28

Good video, but very few people in CRE brokerage make 10 million consistently. The ones who do are household names and are in major markets. Plenty make 7 figures but rarely at 5 years in. Making up stuff just takes all the credibility away from otherwise a good video.
