I’m 70 and have been watching your videos off and for about a year. The information you have provided has really helped me especially your warm up philosophy has helped. Maybe I’ll look at your patrion channel in 2025.

Time management is also key. A lot of people will say that they don't have time to work out.

I've been training for over 35 years and I can say that this advice is excellent... Unfortunately for me I had to learn this the hard way over the years 👍

My 2 biggest challenges and speed bumps are the shift I work, 6pm-6am, which destroys my appetite/food prep. In bed by 7:30am, up at 1:30, try to eat, train then off to work I often have to grab something to eat for that night on the way in which is usually garbage. I could go dayshift but it's still 12hrs and actually harder to workout and eat right.

On the subject of social life, you simply won't gain with an active social life as in a pub, nightclub sense. Won't happen. It's like trying to sit and stand at the same time. You have to pick your poison on this one. Another thing is almost all of your nightclub, pub benefits dissappear over time, the health and strength benefits along with the personal satisfaction of trying to achieve your goals far outweighs the negatives of nightlife distraction.
