I agree with the other guys, unfortunately there is no beginner manual without barbell for adults

It’s a very different process for each adult depending on many factors. One that’s most important is equipment- in which very few want to invest
@danielghesquiere200023 күн бұрын
@@WenningStrengthI disagree with you there, because if someone is really interested in your principles and your training philosophy then they will also invest in the necessary equipment. I would also like to see a comprehensive beginner or introductory manual without a barbell for older folks

You said you are working on a manual for kids who want to start training. Whats holding you back from doing a follow up manual that includes how you Matt Wenning would really train beginners who want to start weight training. You always say and preach that no beginner should start with the big barbell exercises like squats deadlifts or bench presses. A beginner have to spend at least a year building up all the muscles necessary like lower back hamstrings triceps upper back and learn the correct motor patterns before they start with a barbell. You said your beginner manuals only exist because people asked for them but you would never train beginners like that. Now would be an ideal time to write a long term beginner manual without barbell exercises to prepare beginners that never seen weights before, regardless of age, on how to train deadlifts squats and bench presses with the barbell. I already have several manuals and I am blown away from the quality and results. It would be fantastic if I could teach my boys the right training with the help of a beginner manual from you before I let them use a barbell. thanks Matt. If anyone else is interested please vote

@@WenningStrength then a manual would be necessary that focuses on structure before looks, without barbell movements as preparation for training for aesthetics, but not for kids like you already published

100% quality information, i was a couch potato before training, but i started with basic bodyweight exercises such as push up and squats on a regular for months long before i hit the barbell in the gym

Most lifters cant squat with good form because there hamstrings aren't flexible enough and then their back rounds.
