1 bunch (150g) small spinach
30 g walnuts
1/2 tbsp miso
1 tsp soup stock
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp soy sauce
⭐︎Koya-Tofu Cutlet
2 slices dried tofu
125cc soup stock
2 tbsp flour
4 tbsp water
Bread crumbs as needed
oil for deep frying
A dash each of chuno sauce and ketchup

Salt to taste
