Definitely true , i want to say thank you to both you guys I’ve watched the videos back in June & July about medical courier . I went out and searched in about 2 weeks I got hired in august for a small medical courier company and i average on the low end 5k a month . I’ve had an $800 day before working about 10 hours. Also I’ve been doing it part time averaging those numbers . Working 5-6 hours at max 6 days a week

Im a independent medical courier in my state of Virginia. I cant speak for where he is located in Florida, but for me $106/hr is not true. Yes sometimes I get multiple stops in the same direction or get called for pick ups while in a area. Although this is not the norm. On average I make $25 - $30/hr commission. On really good days $35 - $40/hr commission. But I will say being a medical courier contractor offers me MUCH FREEDOM!! No boss! I work when I want. I only work 30 - 40 hrs a week & well over 90% of that "work" is driving. The rest is walking in/out the buildings. You have to have the drive & be a self starter! As far as your car....regular maintence & tires are key. Its not that expensive especially if u can do your own maintenance. Plus I drive over 80% on the highway. I have easily put over 300k miles on a car within 3 years. The most I put on a car was 537k miles. Never paying over 6k for a used car. So your best bet is to have a used car buying fund. I set aside $2000 a year which is just under $200 a month & buy a used car about every 3 years. But its a MUST that you dont mind driving and not afraid to be alone on the road because the best times to drive are at night. Way less traffic & most people want to work during the day. So this affords more drops for YOU!! 😁👍

What company you work with?I also live in Virginia and Have been a medical/legal courier. If I worked 12 -16 hours or more a day covering hundreds of miles a day I could make up to maybe 350 a day but on slower days if I tried to get home at a decent time I averaged about 150 a day.I. Don't know anything about Florida but at 106 bucks an hour I would be driving 18 hours a day 7 days a week.😂😂😂😂😁😁

great minds think alike. im a courier here in Detroit and i think his #'s are a bit high too. Im closer to 30-40/hr as well. and your correct you must be willing to drive and be self motivated. That 200 a month to the side for a another vehicle is a smart idea! I know in the last year i have put 60-70k miles on my car. and I also have a $5/6k limit on new (used) cars. im driving closer to 50-60 hrs a week though. But i am hitting just over $2000/week. but im a driving fool though! i have my $400-$600 days on OCCASION, but its not everyday. been a solo driver for about 3 years now. but this will be the year im expanding my business. If not i'll be stuck behind this wheel forever

My grandfather was an independent courier. He made like $800+ every week. He’d do a lot of out of state drives that nobody else wanted to do and had a regular route 1&1/2 hours away 5 days out of the week. He’d transport body parts, items to the airport, even animals when need be. He did it for like 10 years. The key is availability and getting a big van or pick up truck. That’s where you make a bunch too

From what it looks like youre only able to replicate this business if you work at night. I am yet to find one person on youtube who makes $100+ on a single item delivery in the medical courier business. Courier girl and some others on KZbin make a similar income but they have 3-4 contracts and work long hours. companies here in Texas will not pay you any where near $100 an item. If any one can connect me with a company in the DFW that does i will pay you $1000 for finding the lead after i get started and see the money.

Valuable information! Could you start out with a rental car? This may be a good option if you don’t own a reliable car. Or if you don’t want to put wear & tear on your own car. Also maybe using the rental car insurance would help keep your own premiums low. Even a Zip car may possibly be helpful for one day. Perhaps the cost could be deducted on your taxes. And if the rental rates are low, it can be recouped by your earnings. Thanks again for sharing.👍

I have done this same type of courier work and this is not 100% true. I get it KZbin is all about views..but some do truly come here for things that can help their life. The courier companies have favorites they pick and choose to give the good loads to. And they never let you see what the original price of the ticket is. So you don't get a true 60% everytime...because they chop off their extra..before it gets to you. Just want to show all sides of this biz.
