For 48v 13s battery you will 13 rows of cells, if you have 4 cells in a row that 13x4= 52 cells. It depends on how much capacity you want, for good capacity for e-bike you need to have 6-8 cell in a row, I think, you can find many videos of 48v battery on youtube.

A 48v battery should show higher voltage on fully charge, so a 48v battery can show 54v.

You should 1st try to find them in your local market, just need to make sure they are original. If not then you can buy from aliexpress, read the reviews of other buyers, but they can get quite expensive with the shipping fee I think!
