How to make a Bluetooth cassette adapter - DIY

In case someone is attempting this in 2023, it is absolutely doable. I used a Skullcandy Dime and a wired cassette adapter. Open the earbud with a hot gun and an exacto knife. Desolder the tiny speaker. Connect to the head in the cassette adapter - it will be MONO. Perhaps it can also work with two Dimes, for stereo, but I just needed mono. Pat attention to +/-. Solder in parallel a switch. Solder some sort of power supply connector, 5V. Pay attention to +/-. Wires are hair thin and the solder pads are miniscule, so it is slow work. Fit in the cassette shell. It's a fun project, if you don't want to buy an adapter for whatever reason...
