I use zip ties because I can't get wire twisted tight enough. I then wrap wire around when I'm done. Now I won't need a extra step. Genius!

Instead of using glue to set dowels, use hot. Fill hole and push in dowel, same for other except on the second one I push in and hold both together close until glue sets up. Once set run a bead around both and hold together until glue sets. They stay tight together.

I used gorilla glue with mine and hammered them in the holes.

I did too and they still came out. I drilled a hole in the peg and screwed it in and used gorilla glue. Hasn't come out yet
