Thank you so much! I have a faint memory of a childhood friend teaching a group of us to do this with paper (I think we used wrapping paper..), on a sunny 80s summer day, sitting in their backyard. There was plenty of paper butterflies everywhere for a while! Not only did you give me this perfect little scrap project, but also brought this long forgotten and dear memory in the surface. Awesome :)

All just done on an iPhone and IPad too. For some reason I thought you had girls, but now I realise you mean girlfriends that you are making scrunchies for.
