How to Make a Cat Toy from T-shirt Yarn

Here's a quick easy and cheap way to entertain your kitty. A few strips of an old T-shirt and a couple macrame knots is all you need!

Hey, Popular TMI Productions. I don't use regular yarn much at all and am unsure it you'll find something thick enough to entice the cat. I'd also be careful if you have any cats that chew on stuff. I think the fibers in the yarn will more readily split apart and be swallowed. You don't want that building up in their intestines. If you try it be sure to supervise your kitty and take the toy away if you notice them ingesting pieces of it or it starts to deteriorate.

Very good & explained well, thank you. I have a few teashirts that are unworn that I'm not going to wear. I will be making this funky cat toy. You know the type of rope that is used on scratch posts for cats, do you think this toy could be made with this type of rope or not ? 🍪 pocket England.
