100 degrees for half an hour while the oven is clearly on 160 degrees with 100 % steam..

@@WanderingLens-i2k I always do mine in a dish with boiling water around the ramekins as they go in, and also with vanilla seed from pods in the custard

not everyone makes crème brulee in dish. it's rather boring these days. in my opinion, if this recipe works at this temperature in the oven and with this method, it means that it is ok. if you limit yourself only to your recipe and formula, then you clearly have a very closed mind😂😂
