I now understand why it cost 100+ dollars for custom controllers😅 I was thinking of doing this till I saw this video and there’s just to many small parts and things that can go wrong I think I’ll just save up and order one😅. Awesome video though and your alot braver then me Lmao😂🤣

Great tutorial! Just a tip for the TouchPad. You can use a heat gun or blow dryer to loosen the adhesive making removal of the board tons easier. Just go easy on the heat. Like 20 to 30 seconds will do. 👍

They feel good, but different. Theyve got a more of a 'matt' feeling about them, wheras the originals have a glossy resin type feel.

I need a left offset thumb stick. The ps5 controller with the left stick and dpad swapped. Impossible to find which I find unacceptable. Victrix dropped the ball with no gyro and haptics.

If you’re using something on a regular basis then it’s nice to add your personal touch to it. Especially when it’s modified to match your brand. People have been doing it to PC’s, cars and other things for years. Plus, some people enjoy the process and the satisfaction that comes with the end result 🙂
