I make breakfast burritos a lot and freeze them. So my husband has something he can take to work for breakfast. I also make breakfast egg rolls..yum. You can do all kinds of different stuff with flour tortillas and egg roll wrappers. I'll have to try yours with the smoked sausage. It looks so good.

Hello Becky I made a batch and froze it a while ago. Once they were microwaved they were so gross the texture was not edible for me. How do you freeze them? Ziplock? Foil? Any tips?

@@KR-xj8lu Hi..I make sure they are fully cooled off before rolling them up, I make sure all the ingredients are cooled off. I don't fry them. I just roll them up. Then I wrap them in aluminum foil individually .Then I put them in an ziploc bag. I also thaw them some before heating them up. We've never had any soggy ones or weird texture. I hope that helps.
