I hated cabbage until 32 yrs ago. I am 74. I bought a chinese wok and now stir Fried anything is my fav Thanks for the simple recipe. I make similar to This but use smoked meat And chicken cabbage and Egg noodles with a little Tomato sauce and spicy Curry. Yum yum yum Thank your dad for the Recipe.

Very similar to how I cook my cabbage it was my grandmothers recipe. I used bacon instead of sausage. Never understood why people add liquid and over cook their cabbage. Your dad is spot on it looks scrumptious thanks for sharing!!
