Enjoy this delicious nutritious low-calorie breakfast which I find keeps me fuller for longer and less miserable when on a calorie restricted diet. So for one serving you need
2 flat mushrooms
2 chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chopped chard and cooked
15 g of extra mature cheese (which gives the food a flavour)
4 egg whites (low in calorie, high in protein and filling)
Oil spray which helps you count the calories
You can easily substitute spinach for the chard. I also use seasoning like curry power as I find it gives flavour and makes the food more interesting. You can also use smoked paprika.
