Quick and Easy Vegetable Stir Fry with Shrimp Recipe
English
Ingredients:
• 4.5 oz Cauliflower
• 3 oz Broccoli
• 3 pcs of Carrots (Sliced The Carrots)
• 5 oz Green Beans cut into 1 cm size.
• 8.5 oz Bok Choy Stalks and Leaves
• 6 oz Slice Red Pepper into cube size
• 6 oz Shiitake Mushroom
• Soy Sauce
• Sesame Oil
• Oyster Sauce
• Chicken Powder
• Garlic Powder
• Chopped Garlic
• Onion Powder
• White Pepper
• Black Pepper
• Salt
• Corn Starch
• 16 pieces of Shrimp
Let's Marinate the Shrimp
• 1/4 Tsp Salt
• 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
• 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
• 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
• 1 Tsp Corn Starch
• Mix Ingredients well to coat the shrimp.
Let's Make Vegetable Sauce
• 1/2 Cup of water
• 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
• Mix Ingredients Well
• 2 Tsp Corn Starch
• Mix Ingredients Well
Let's Prepare the Vegetables
• 3 Pinches of Salt in boiling water
• Blanch the carrots for 2 minutes
• Place in a cold water bath.
• Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower for 1 minute.
• Move to cold water bath.
• Blanch the green beans for 1 minute.
• Move green beans to cold water bath.
• Drain all vegetables in strainer after the cold water bath.
• Blanch the shiitake mushroom for 20 seconds.
• Move Shiitake mushrooms to cold water bath.
• Let the shiitake mushroom drain and dry.
Let's Cook The Marinated Shrimp
• 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
• Add the Marinated Shrimp.
• Cook until brown on both sides.
• Set The Shrimps aside
Let's Stir Fry the Vegetables
• 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil.
• Add chopped garlic cook until fragrant.
• Add the Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms cook until fragrant.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Add the sliced red peppers and mix well.
• Add the Bok Choy Stalks and mix well.
• 3 Tsp of our special vegetable sauce.
• Stir all well.
• Add the remaining vegetables to the Stir Fry.
• Add 1/2 of our vegetable sauce.
• Stir well to mix the sauce.
• Add the Bok Choy Leaf and mix well.
• Add the rest of the vegetable sauce we made.
• Add the shrimp we prepared earlier.
• Mix Ingredients Well.
• Ready to Serve.
