That is hands down hilarious and one of the funniest examples of mistaken identity. As to a Prosecutor or a Judge offering to cut a better deal for simply knowing “the correct attorney” hits close to home to examples in my own youth. The law often has a large breadth of scale for penalties (the difference between paying $100 vs $5000 or whether you serve jail time or not is quite big) and since it’s entirely up to the Prosecutor or Judge to determine where along that scale your punishment should be, having a good word on your behalf of someone acquainted with those determining the penalty really can go a long way.

Very nice job :) Just few tips: try to make wheels for at least 20mm blades... This 13mm tend to brake after few cuts. Also, wheels shouldn't be closed on both sides, on teeth side on the blade should be open and teeth must be in the air so chips will fall out and when you tighten the blade, teeths would not be straighten...
@GBWM_CNC Жыл бұрын
Maybe when I build a new band saw I will use those hints as there are some small things I noticted after puting it together that could be changed. But for now I used already a bit this saw and works fine for now with the 13mm blade. You're right - the wheels could easily be opened on one side. But I don't exactly get the idea about the teeths that would not be straighten. Could you explain what you mean?
@mojamalaradionica5091 Жыл бұрын
@@GBWM_CNC teeths are in criss cross patern, they are left right if you know what i mean? And when you tighten the blade and teeth are touching the wheel, they get straightened.
@GBWM_CNC Жыл бұрын
@@mojamalaradionica5091 oh snap, I get your point now. So with a 20mm blade the wheel size should let the teeth run outside the wheel. Thank you for your input.
@@GBWM_CNC with all balde sizes should be like that, that's why i said you should make wheels for bigger blade. Even with 13mm teeth it should be 2mm outside the wheel. With 20mm also 2mm outside the wheel. If you straighten the teeth blade will not cut well or it will get dull very soon.

@GBWM_CNC Жыл бұрын
¡Hola!

Hmm, the carbide metal chop saws have their cons too. The saws are really expensive and those are really loud. But yeah - much faster though
@pieterveenders979311 ай бұрын
Incorrect. Band saws don't through large amount of sparks nor create a lot of metal dust and thus are much cleaner. Band saws also produce much less heat during cutting and can often even cut thick steel without needing active cooling to prevent work hardening. And lastly, you can turn a metal band saw upright and with the addition of a simple plate of metal as a cutting platform/table you can use it to literally figure saw through metal, physically impossible with a chop saw.
