In this video you'll learn how to make a useful little DIY piping bag out of baking paper. These are essential for chocolate work, and are also often used for applying different icings on cakes and cookies too.
If you ever find yourself without a piping bag it's handy to know you can just whip one up.
For chocolate piping, paper piping bags are the easiest option. They are great for small detail work, writing on cakes and making decorative touches on desserts. You don't need any nozzles or special piping tips.
In this video you'll also learn how to easily melt chocolate in the microwave, and how to pipe out some simple decorations.
In the video my paper size is 16cm / 6in wide. You can make yours smaller or larger, but I find this size the most manageable.
