Hi Serdar. I love your videos. You are very clear with all your descriptions and instructions. In regards to the cellophane sheets, I am having a hard time finding them on line. 1. you have to use right chocolate 2. before you lift place in the fridge for few minutes

I always have chocolate melts too runny and hardened quick inside the piping causing blockage while piping it.. ☹️ ...how to avoid that chef? 🙏🏻

I dont see why you even put them in the fridge, your teaching bad habits..if properly tempered your choco should crystallize at room temp in no time.. Just enduce more crystals in your choco with seeding..
