I love this video. Watched two others that went straight to the CNC machine. Thank you for making this with tools we have and/or can afford. This is what a woodworking channel should be all about. Looking forward to the next project. Keep them coming!

Thank you so very much! You are the person I make videos for. I'm not the best Woodworker in the world for sure, but I enjoy sharing a little and showing people how to make some pretty cool things without having to buy a complete high dollar shop with all of the most expensive tools.

I used a 36 grit flap sanding discs to rough it out. It is aggressive, but not too aggressive where I had to worry about taking too much material off. You can then work through finer frits or go right to the palm sander.

LOOOVE the flag, and I'm usually not the safety police but people please unplug your tools before messing with the blade. Also clamping your material will help against kickback. Ive done these things the way you have so I know the temptation but it was just as stupid when I did it.

I just wanted to let you know this was great and there are a couple posers who created their video 2 months ago about this same subject. Real corny to. They act like they are figuring it out with pictures and drawings, math. What a joke. The sad part is they have more viewers and people will think they created it. Even if you didn't you just did it. Makes me mad. Thanks
