Texas Pete hot sauce! Where do you get that? I've only seen it in little packets at Chic Fillet. Crystal & Reds are what I have. No dash of mustard?

The yellow if your eggs are not done let them boil for three minutes cover them for 10 iced them for 10 more minutes in cold water

Separate the yolk from the egg whotes and add the egg whites last. Helps give it that chalky creamy taste like in the grocery stores.

It's ok to have your yokes soft boiled it make a very tasty creamy salad. Many people ear fried eggs with runny yoke I'm one of them I don't like a hard fried egg I like dipping my toast in the yoke it's warm and cooked to temp that safe but not cooked till hard. Are you not from the USA? I know many if not most people who prefer a soft egg over a hard egg yokes are the best part over cooking changes the taste....
