How to make a FiveM Test Server with TxAdmin & vMenu (2024)!

I am aware I downloaded an extremely out of date vMenu version, please don't be confused when you attempt to change your keybind for your vMenu as it will look different to mine. In your case you can just enter the keybind you would like to use, for example; "F1" to use the vMenu etc.
